Can I exchange an item for something else?Updated 3 months ago

If you feel that the product you ordered isn't quite right for you, don't worry! Our Customer Support team is here to assist you in finding the perfect product to suit your lifestyle and needs. Feel free to reach out to us anytime for personalised advice.

If you already have a product in mind that you'd like to exchange for, you can easily arrange your exchange through our Return Portal. Once we receive your item back in our warehouse, your new order will be promptly shipped out to you.

Please keep in mind the following details regarding exchanges:

1. Exchanges* can be made for another product within 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer a refund, store credit, or exchange if this timeframe is exceeded.

2. Products being exchanged must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them, including the full original packaging. Exchanges cannot be processed for items that are used or not in their original received state.

3. Each order can only be exchanged once, and exchanges of previously exchanged items are not permitted.

4. Discounts and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges. Instead, we'll provide credit for the full retail value of the item being exchanged. For example, if the original retail price of your sofa cover was $19, you'll receive a $19 credit to use towards your exchange.

5. If the item you're exchanging costs less than your original purchase, we'll refund the difference. Conversely, if the new item costs more, you'll be charged for the difference.

6. Exchange credits cannot be saved for later use and must be used immediately.


*If the product for which you wish to exchange is of a higher price than the original price purchased, then you will be required to top up the balance; If the product for which you wish to exchange is of a lower price than the original price purchased, then you will be refunded.
