If you already know what you’d like to exchange for, simply use our Return Portal. Once we receive your item, we’ll ship your new order promptly.

🔄 Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging. Used or altered items will not be accepted.
• One exchange per order – previously exchanged items cannot be exchanged again.
• Discounts and promo codes don’t apply to exchanges. You’ll receive credit based on the full retail value of the item.
• Exchange credits must be used immediately and cannot be saved or carried forward.
• Due to our system settings, Loop does not charge or refund any price differences for exchanges.

✅ What Exchanges Are Allowed?

You can exchange items within the same product category, regardless of price differences. Here’s what’s allowed:

• Magic Sofa Cover ↔ Magic Sofa Cover
• Miracle Sofa Cover ↔ Miracle Sofa Cover
• Miracle Sofa Cover → Magic Sofa Cover (allowed — no charge or refund for the price difference)
• Magic Sofa Mat ↔ Magic Sofa Mat
• Magic Sofa Blanket ↔ Magic Sofa Blanket

❌ What Exchanges Are Not Allowed?

• Magic Sofa Cover → Miracle Sofa Cover
• Across different categories, such as:
  • Sofa Cover ↔ Sofa Mat
  • Sofa Cover ↔ Sofa Blanket

If you’d like to exchange for an item in a different category, we’ll issue you a refund, and you can place a new order.
