What is Nolan Interior's return policy?Updated 3 months ago

Ordered something that isn't quite right? Not a problem!

United States:

At Nolan Interior, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have the flexibility to return it to our warehouse for a Refund (minus $9.95 handling fee per order number) or Exchange* within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, if this timeframe is exceeded, we won't be able to process a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Upon initiating your return, we'll provide you with a digital Prepaid USPS label that needs to be printed. If you have any questions about your return, please fill out the form below. Otherwise, you can follow this link to our Return Portal to complete your return.

*If the product for which you wish to exchange is of a higher price than the original price purchased, then you will be required to top up the balance; If the product for which you wish to exchange is of a lower price than the original price purchased, then you will be refunded.

Nolan Interior Return Policy:

  • 1. Returns must be unused and in the condition you received them. Upon providing receipt of the return, we will issue your approved refund (minus $9.95 handling fee per order number) via the original method of payment. Please note that refunds cannot be redirected to other accounts.
  • 2. All returned items are thoroughly inspected. Any item(s) returned in a condition deemed unsellable will not be refunded.
  • 3. Please ensure to remove all non-Nolan Interior items from your return, as we cannot return these to you and they will be disposed of.
  • 4. For full item returns, any free promotional items must be sent back with the other product(s). Otherwise, you will only receive a refund minus the cost of the promotional items at full price.
  • 5. For all approved Returns/Exchanges, we'll provide your domestic return shipping label via a prepaid USPS label and ship your new order free of charge.
  • 6. Retain a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records. If we can verify that the order was dropped off with a receipt and it's lost with USPS, we'll take responsibility and honour the Return/Exchange.
  • 7. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
  • 8. Additional return shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are only authorised using a Nolan Interior prepaid Return Label. Any outside return labels purchased are non-refundable by Nolan Interior.

  • 11. All return labels provided by Nolan Interior are digital. We're not responsible for providing a physical return label. Some USPS locations accept a QR code that can be used instead of a return label, You can find locations that accept a QR code in place of a label here: USPS Locator
  • 12. APO and PPO addresses may require a different return address due to label creation restrictions in restricted access areas.
  • 13. Refunds will only be released once the order is delivered to our warehouse.

We regret to inform you that at this time, we are only able to offer return services to customers within the United States. We understand this may be disappointing, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
