Finding Your Order Number:

Your order number is a six-digit code starting with #, found in your Order & Shipping Confirmation emails or on your packing slip. Can’t find it? No worries! Just email us at [email protected] using the email address from your order, and we’ll send it over.

Returns & Exchanges:

All returns and exchanges* must be processed through our Returns Portal within 30 days of purchase. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for a hassle-free return.

*If the new item costs more, you’ll need to top up. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
