How do I cancel or change my order?Updated 10 months ago
Do you need to modify the product you ordered, update your shipping address, or cancel your order?
Within one hour of purchase:
- If you wish to make changes to your order within the first hour of purchase, please log into your customer account. Please note that any modifications will result in the order cancellation, and you will be directed back to the checkout.
After one hour of purchase:
Once the order has been paid for and you've received confirmation, we can't guarantee changes can be made.
Reach out to us via chat or email at [email protected] with the subject line URGENT, and we'll do our best to assist.
If an address is entered incorrectly during checkout, we cannot take responsibility for it and won't be able to send a replacement order. We recommend contacting your local carrier to explore options for redirecting the order back to you.
Orders cannot be canceled after processing by our warehouse. For a refund, you'll need to follow the standard returns process.
